The formulas are designed to be gentle, but every skin is different and we can’t predict yours. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, or you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor or dermatologist first.

No. Animal testing for cosmetics is prohibited in the markets where our products are manufactured, and we don’t commission it anywhere.

Used as directed — two to three drops of serum and a pea-sized amount of cream, twice daily — most people find a bottle lasts roughly two months. That’s the interval we built the monthly delivery option around.

Honestly: hydration and comfort in the first week, texture around weeks two to four, and anything relating to firmness at eight weeks or beyond — and only with consistent twice-daily use.

Generally yes, but introduce one thing at a time so you can tell what’s working. A common approach is acids or retinol at night and the Noura ritual in the morning. If your skin gets irritated, simplify back to the basics and rebuild slowly.

Yes — and it matters more than anything we sell. UV exposure is the single largest contributor to visible skin ageing. No serum compensates for skipping SPF.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

30 days from delivery. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened personal care items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
